About these terms

These terms apply when you use Velora Books (digtal.store) and buy an ebook from us. Velora Books is operated by Velora Books Ltd.. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy policy and our Refund, cancellation & delivery policy.

What you are buying

• Every product is a digital PDF ebook. Nothing is shipped physically.
• The books in our library are scanned editions of printed books: each page looks like the printed page, and the text cannot be searched or copied.
• Each book page shows the language, the number of pages and sample pages, so you can check the edition before you buy.
• The Complete Library bundle contains the books listed on its page, each delivered as its own PDF.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes. The amount you pay is the amount shown at checkout.
• An offer price applies only until the end date shown with the offer. After that date the regular price applies.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Your order is confirmed only after Razorpay confirms the payment to our server.

Delivery and access

• After a successful payment you are taken to your private download page, where you can download your ebook immediately.
• The private link to that page keeps working, so you can download your ebook again later. Keep it to yourself — anyone with the link can download your order.

Your licence to use the ebooks

• When you buy an ebook you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it, keep copies on your own devices, read it and print it for your own personal use.
• You may not share, sell, upload, publish, distribute or otherwise make the file or its contents available to anyone else.
• We may disable access to an order whose download link has been shared publicly or that is used in breach of these terms.

Cancellations and refunds

Because ebooks are delivered instantly, a successful order cannot be cancelled. Refunds are available in the situations described in our Refund, cancellation & delivery policy.

Our responsibility

• We take care to keep the website and downloads available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. If a download does not work, contact us and we will help.
• To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place where Velora Books Ltd. has its registered place of business.
